We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and business checks.
All equipment must be returned in the same condition as received (excluding normal wear and tear). Any required repairs to equipment will be deducted from the security deposit.

Yes, customers with a one-way reservation can prepay for their rental before pickup.
- How to make a prepayment:
- After completing your one-way reservation, you have the option to prepay for your rental. This can be done by managing your reservation online and selecting the option “Make Payment.”
- Additional details:
- You can make a partial payment or pay in full. The minimum amount that can be submitted as a prepayment is $10.
- Multiple credit and debit cards can be used. There are no limitations to the number of prepayments you can make.
- Cardholder needs to be present at pickup to provide signature for paying any remaining balances. When prepayment is made in full, the cardholder does not need to be present at pickup.
- Please call 1 – 210-999-5400 to cancel your reservation and receive a refund for the prepaid amount.
